She was predeceased by: her parents, Nell Hevelingen and Anthony van Hevelingen. She is survived by: her husband Arnold Jans-Beken; her sisters, Hetty (Jim) and Cathy; her daughters, Frances (Derek) and Lisa (Andy); her grandchildren, James, Jarrett (Jenalle) and Emma (David); and her extended family England.
