She was predeceased by: her husband Henk; and her siblings, Annie, Willy, Marijke and Jan.
She is survived by: her children, Miriam (Barry), Jacqueline (George), Ted and Donald (Janis); her grandchildren, Amy (Scott), Michelle (Scott), Dean (Tori), Jessica, Jeffrey (Caitlin), Jaime, Nicholas, Logan and Riley; her stepgranddaughters, Keri and Sierra; her great grandchildren, Abygael, Natalie, Jake, Benjamin, Marcus and Evan; and her siblings, Elly and Alfred. She is also survived by her family and friends.
