He was predeceased by: his parents, Maggie and Abram Strickland; his brother Bill Strickland; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Strickland and Mercedes Strickland.
He is survived by: his wife Gabrielle; his stepdaughter Ashley; his daughter Michelle (Greg); his grandchildren, Jillian (Mark), Crystal (Kenneth), Juliana, Korie and Isaac; his siblings, Norma (Jim), Geoff, Ed (Bonnie) and Frank (Carol); and his sisters-in-law, Emeline and Andrea.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Hickey's Funeral Home (570 Conception Bay Hwy, Conception Bay South, NL A1X 7P8). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hickey's Memorial Chapel.
