We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2022, at the age of 71, Carlton Melvin Ragbar (Ajax, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Ragbar and Miriam Ragbar; his siblings, Ivy, Avis, Evrol, Sylvia, Cecil, Raphael and Clive; his children, Raymond, Georgina and Tanya; and his grandchildren, Tyrell Makalia, Malik, Kaleb, Logan and Solana. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
