He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Symons; and his parents, Charlotte Symons and Edward Symons. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Symons (Susan), Bonnie Symons-Whittaker (Mike), Evelyn Symons, Donald Symons (Sandy) and Shawn Symons (Eleanor). He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
