He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ross and Hazel Ross; his sisters, Gwen, Cathy and Carol; and his sister-in-law Yvonne.

He is survived by: his wife Pauline Ross; his children, Annette Vander Vloet (Pete), Andrew Ross (Sherrie) and Stewart Ross (Kelly); his grandchildren, Jacob (Sarah), Olivia, Justin, Erin, Leah and Bridget; his sisters, Veldora Scott (Jim) and Juanita McLeod (Ralph); and his siblings-in-law, Keith Gingerich, Ruth, Donna and Susan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
