He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Collins and Ellen Collins; his nieces and nephews, Carol Williams, Debra Young, Randy Williams and Greg Williams; and also Shirley Williams (Doug).

He is survived by: his brothers, Dave Collins (Blanche) and Jack Collins; and his friend Marysa Snider.
