Rhéal Samuel Champagne Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhéal Samuel Champagne (Acton, Ontario), who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Champagne and Laurette Champagne; and his siblings, Edouard (Laurette), Raymond Janice, Hubert (Gisele), Pauline and Jean (Denise).

He is survived by: his wife Hazel Champagne; his sons, David (Yvonne) and Steven (Maria); and his siblings, Albert (Helen), Richard (Sue), Claire (late Joe) and Dianne Gauthier (Bruce). He is also survived by wife, children, grandchildren, family and friends.
