He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his son Kevin; his parents, Sever Broostad and Blanche Broostad; his parents-in-law, Elmo and Catherine Price; his siblings, Edward, Mabel Morrison and May Bradford; and his siblings-in-law, Allan Morrison, David Bradford, Allan Hudson, Elmo C. Price, Arthur Thibault, Helen Broostad and Thelma Price.
He is survived by: his children, David (Laurie) and Andrea Mann (James); his grandchildren, Allison Dobbyn (Ian), Amanda Martin (Jason Newland), Christopher Martin (Danielle Deal), Jenny Finnimore (Dean), Geoffrey Martin, Darren Broostad (Courtney), Claire Martin (Michael Currie) and Derek Broostad (Monique Vandenberg); his great grandchildren, Sophie, Jackson Dobbyn, Summer Martin, Greydin, Brennan Finnimore, Perri Broostad, Caleb, Lila Sanders and Rylan Currie; his sister Winnie Hudson; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Thibault and Glenys Taylor (Bruce). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
