She was predeceased by: her parents, George Brewer and Christina Brewer; and her brother George Brewer Jr.. She is survived by: her husband John Abela; her daughters, Christine Wile (Brett), Louise Jean Abela and Anne Moreland (Jeff); her grandchildren, Jacob, Dylan, Ellis, Jenna and Hayden; her niece Anita Maw; and her nephew Duncan Viragos.
