He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his children, Matthew Fleet (Lisa) and Sarah Rusk (Michael); his brother George Fleet (Jenny); and his grandchildren, Callum, Rowan and Kieran Rusk.
In lieu of flowers, David requested that any memorial gifts in his name be made to the Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills (CAShh).
