She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Shania Slater. She is survived by: her husband John Looyenga; her children, Rick, Bonnie, Sid, Hilda, Gerald, Cheryl, Harry, Kim, Rosemary and Mark; and her aunts, Leida Kuiperij and Marie of Groot. She is also survived by 8 siblings.
In lieu of flowers donations to The Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
