“William was a patient of mine in the emergency room in Yellowknife in 2016. He was such a kind and sweet man. He actually returned to the hospital the next day to give me one of his beautiful drawings in thanks. I have the drawing up in my living room. Just today my husband and I were admiring it and my husband looked William up online. I was sad to read his obituary. I just wanted to share this story of his kindness and his talent as an artist. Thank you William for the beautiful piece. My family will forever enjoy it!”
