“Hello, this message is for Susan's family. I used to work with Susan at the Ptarmigan Inn many years ago. We became friends and spent quite a bit of time outside of work. I lost touch with Susan in 2004 when I moved to Winnipeg. I am saddened to find out that she was just in Yellowknife. If I had known she was still in the North I would have reached out to reconnect with her. One thing that defined Susan was her love for her son Marshall. He was the most important thing in her life.”
