“Dear Family of Joy Watt… I thought of this lovely lady out of the blue today and knew that if I googled her , she would show up , because she was the heart and soul of what Yellowknife is. I lived my childhood down the street from her and I want whoever reads this to know that she was one of the brightest stars I’ll ever remember. The sweetest lady, who always slowed her car down to say hello to the kids playing in the middle of the road.”
