He is survived by: his wife Agnes Cecilia Chocolate; his children, Katrina Charlotte Ann Chocolate and James David Alexander Chocolate (Illisiak); and his grandchildren, Clayton Dean Chocolate, Mary Jane Danielle Chocolate and Lewis.
