She was predeceased by: her parents, Kay Hamilton and Fred Hamilton. She is survived by: her brother-in-law Don True; and her siblings, Lisa, Ellen, Patti-Kay and Johnny. She is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Instead of flowers, it would be Annie's wish that donations be made to the Fort Smith Animal Shelter.
