She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Harding (Vi) and Mary Cook (Victor); her husband Lawrence Burgess; her daughter Judy Hanf; her stepsister Shirley Cook; her sister-in-law Eileen Harding; and her stepdaughter Heather Whynot.

She is survived by: her children, Scott Hanf (Holly), Mary Lou Goreham (Vincent) and Lisa Thibeault (Wayne); her siblings, Sam Harding and Gwen Deon (Paul); and her close friend Gerald. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and family members, stepchildren.
