She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Marie, Martin Lyons of Miramichi, NB and Murray Horton; and her aunt Elizabeth George. She is survived by: her parents, Natalie Horton and Brian Lyons; her brothers, Ben Lyons (Emalie Hayes) and Christian Lyons; her grandmother Pauline Horton; her uncles, Kevin (Terry) and Ronald Horton; her cousins, Christopher and Stephanie Horton (Ontario); and her brother Quinten Johnson.
Masks are requested by the family for all indoor funeral events.
Donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, or Aidean's Place Youth Wellness Center in Yarmouth (which held a special place in Sarah's heart).
