It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Alexander Poirier (Yarmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on November 23, 2024, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Poirier; his aunts, Agnes, Patricia and Lucy; and his uncle Les.
He is survived by: his mother Theresa Poirier (Muise); his son Noah Poirier; his brother Peter Poirier; and his stepfather Jack Murphy.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sweeny's Funeral Home Chapel (567 Main St, Yarmouth, NS B5A1J6). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Quinan Cemetery.
