He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Penney and Mae Penney (Roach); his daughter Lynne Tidd; and his sister Arlene Pyne. He is survived by: his children, Corinna Penney (Trevor Cosman), Corey Penney (Stephanie Tabb), Carrie Moffatt and Tony Kupusa; and his siblings, Tony Penney, Ellen Doucette, Carolyn Kendell, Reanne Stephenson and Janet Robicheau. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
