In loving memory of Mallory Elizabeth Atkinson (Yarmouth, Nova Scotia), who departed this world on January 27, 2025 at the age of 36. Mallory leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Megan Erin Atkinson; her cousin Ashley Atkinson; and her grandparents, Chester Atkinson, Kenneth and Elaine Ryan.
She is survived by: her parents, Rick Atkinson and Kelly Atkinson; her grandmother Rose Atkinson (Wedgeport); her aunts and uncles, Mike Ryan, Kim Scott-Ryan (Dayton), Christopher Ryan (Ottawa), Chris Atkinson, Denise Bourque (Sainte Anne), Jenny, Donovan Cunningham (Overton), Ann MacDonald (Dartmouth), Susan Grattan-Atkinson (Pleasant Lake), Karen and Chris Pothier (Plymouth); and her close friend Mallory.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sweeny's Funeral Home (567 Main St, Yarmouth, NS B5A1J6). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Yarmouth Wesleyan Church (70 Haley Rd, Yarmouth, NS B5A4B3). She retired when Covid started because of her various health issues.
