Loraine Alma White Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loraine Alma White (Yarmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 8, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Murray White and Goldie White (Burrill); the father of her children Hugh Chisholm; her children, Marlene Knight, Michael Chisholm and Vera Rosemary Chisholm; and her siblings, Carmen White, Wendell White and Sandra White.
She is survived by: her daughter Catherine "Lynn" Chisholm; her siblings, Doreen Williams (late Kenney), Gordon White, Gerry White (Rosemary), Sheila Robicheau (Edwin) and Richard White (Jackie); her sister-in-law Jane White; and her grandson Aaron Richards (Lindy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sweeny's Funeral Home and Crematorium (567 Main St, Yarmouth, NS B5A1J6).
