He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Boyd and Karl Boyd; and his siblings, Barbara Boyd, Eva Upton, Victor (Buddy), Ralph, Arnold, Paul, Stanley and Bill.
He is survived by: his son Dave; and his sister Carmen Wyman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
