We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2024, at the age of 65, Jeffrey James Mason in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Nanaimo, British Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Jeffrey departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Jeffrey. Though Jeffrey may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Berta Mason and James Mason; and his child Mackenzie Lee. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Goodwin; and his sisters-in-law, Heather (Stephen) and Crystal (Peter). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He beat cancer as a young man, but it was young-onset Alzheimer's that eventually bested him.
