She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Crosby and Letha Crosby (Hubbard); her former husband John Caldwell; her husband Clarence Rafuse; her siblings, Irving, Jimmy, Freddie and Sylvia Finley; her granddaughter Leota Ruth Saunders; and her stepson Curtis Prime.
She is survived by: her significant other George Wallace (Buddy); her children, David Caldwell (Kelly), Leota Cottreau (Milton), Robert Caldwell, Alberta, Clyde Caldwell (Shelley) and Bernice Caldwell; her stepchildren, James Wallace (Heather) and Marjorie Wallace; her siblings, Leroy (Robin), Muriel Ferguson (Mike), Sandford and Ida Dundas (Bill); and her great great grandchild Jakob. She is also survived by grand children and great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sweeny's Funeral Home Chapel (567 Main St, Yarmouth, NS B5A1J6).
