With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dwayne James William Murphy in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Dwayne James William left this world on April 13, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Murphy and Florence Murphy (Fitzgerald); and his brothers, William, Billy and Hector.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen; his siblings, Greg (Wendy), Wallace and Marlene Nickerson (Dwight); his friend Emery Peters; and his golf buddies, Louis, Austin and Arthur.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Huskilson's Funeral Chapel (29 Albert St, Yarmouth, NS B5A3N1). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Huskilson's Funeral Home (29 Albert St, Yarmouth, NS B5A 3N1). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ambrose Co-Cathedral (43 Albert St, Yarmouth, NS B5A3N1). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery.
