He was predeceased by: his stepparents, George Lunn and Theresa Doucet; and his grandparents, Margaret, Harvey Doucette, Jessie and Henry Doucet.
He is survived by: his father John "Victor" Doucet (Mother Jean Lunn); his siblings, Randy Doucet (Joy) of Niagara Falls, ON, Chris Doucet and Tammy Doucet; his sons, John Phillip Doucet of Niagara Falls, ON and Daniel Joseph Doucet of Niagara Falls, ON; and his caregiver Yarmouth Hospital. He is also survived by one nephew and seven nieces, four great nephews and one great niece.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Huskilson's Funeral Chapel (29 Albert St, Yarmouth, NS B5A3N1). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
