She is survived by: her husband Joseph Forbes; her children, Nicole Forbes (Neil Brittain) of Fort McMurray, Darren Doucette of Yarmouth and Lisa Forbes of Clare; her honorary daughter Kim Pitman of Raynardton; her honorary son Jason Surette of Yarmouth; her grandchildren, Cameron and Tyler Forbes; and her brother Clyde Doucette.
