He was predeceased by: his parents, David Atkins and Lucy Atkins (Robinson); and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Monica; his children, Debbie Atkins, Brampton, Jackie Woodrow and Scott (Lori); and his siblings, Reggie, Donnie, Sam, Brenda, Patsy, Rosie, Florence and Dorothy. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
