Amy Wilma Mood Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2025, at the age of 87, Amy Wilma Mood (Yarmouth, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Ryerson and Ruth Ryerson (Fletcher); and her sisters, Emma Purdy (Dow) and Irene Hamilton (Ross). She is survived by: her husband Garth Mood; her children, Rod Mood (Cindy) of Oshawa, ON, Trent Mood (Marie) of Quinte West, ON, Tammy Pineo (Paul) of Ponoka, AB and Melanie Deveau (Stuart) of Sandford, NS; and her grandchildren, Justin, Melissa of Lorien, TJ, Scott, Joshua, Emily and Gwenyth. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sweeny's Funeral Home (567 Main St, Yarmouth, NS B5A1J6). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
