He was predeceased by: his parents, John Christie and Thelma Christie (Snow); his brother Carman; and his nephew Dwayne (Dickie). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Christie (Sutherland); his sons, Paul (Susan) of Port Saxon, NS and Wade of Clyde River, NS; his grandchildren, Conor, Tanner, Kobe, Meghan and Morgan; his great grandchild Rhoda; and his friend Allan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
