She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Matheson; her stepfather Peter Sinderly; and her aunt Edna Sawlor. She is survived by: her children, Susan Matheson Wolfville, Deanna Matheson, Debra Matheson, Robert "Bobby" Matheson (Jen) and Baxters Harbour; her grandchildren, Mike, Melissa, Brandon, Kaitlyn "Katie", Leah, Nick, Trissa "Trissy", Cameron, Andre, Jaxon and Hayden; her great grandchildren, Dawson, Noah and Elliott; her siblings, Sharon (Walter) and Bob (Theresa); and her half-siblings, Mike (Barb) and Janet. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
