She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustaaf Tongelen and Marie Van Tongelen; her husband Benjamin of Kentville; her sisters, Julienne Flebus of Aartselaar, Belgium and Alice Fredericks of Aartselaar, Belgium; her siblings-in-law, Joan Hutchinson, Shirley Sawyer and Don Farquhar; her son-in-law Tom Taylor; and her granddaughters, Dr. Tracy (Demmons), Hagen and Lisa Ennis.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Taylor of New Minas, Susan Demmons (Carl) of Dartmouth and Bruce (Gayle) of Berwick; her grandchildren, Sean Ennis (Colette) of Kentville, Scott Ennis (Sally) of Grand Pre, Erica Easton (Sean) of Wolfville, Jillian Demmons (James) of Lunenburg, Mark Demmons (Heather) of Georgetown, ON, Sarah MacKenzie (Kevin) of Grand Prairie, AB, James Farquhar (Elise) of Lower Sackville and Laura Norrish (Russell); and her great grandchildren, Morgan (Brooke), Gavin, Hayden, Monica Ennis, Ethan, Kaitlyn Ennis, Luke, Drew Easton, Madeline Beehan, James, Caris, Lucy, Joseph Demmons, Brianna Plaxton, Rylan and Delaney Norrish.
