With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Richard Spurr (Windsor, Nova Scotia), born in Kentville, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 17, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, W. A. Spurr and Jean Spurr; his children, Bill (Kathy), Steven and Jacqui (Randy); and his grandchildren, Isabelle Comeau, B. J. Spurr, Samantha Devine, Ruby Spurr and Rainen Spurr.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to the Windsor Regional Library or the Spurr Family Bursary at the Halifax Grammar School.
