She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Ross and Birdice Ross (Leighton). She is survived by: her husband Gary Burrell; her children, Bruce (Tracy) and Julie (Troy); her grandchildren, Kyle, Emily and Cullen; her great grandchild Walker; and her stepsons, Jeffrey (Mindy) and Trevor (Laura). She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
