She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin "Ben" MacLeod and Mary "Vi" MacLeod (Melanson); her husband Norman; and her daughter Marlene. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen (Phyllis), Ranald (Darlene) and Richard; her grandchildren, Brian (Krista), Brad (Lori), Jacqueline (Don), Denise and Darrell (Katrina); and her great grandchild Olivia Anne Marie Blanchard (Ainsley Marie Oakley).
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (518 Ellershouse Rd, Ellershouse, NS B0N1L0).
