He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Haley and Hilda Haley (Underwood); and his siblings, Gordon, Percy, Marjory Melvin (James), Lewis, Frank, Walter and Earl Haley (Dorothy).
He is survived by: his wife Maudie Haley (MacRae); his children, Sherry and Michael; and his siblings, Maude Delahunt, Pearl Williams (Morris) and Dr. Leslie Haley (Lorraine). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Attendance is by invitation only due to current COVID-19 restrictions.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Roy may be made to Palliative Care Program at Hants Community Hospital, Nova Scotia Diabetes Association, Canadian Paraplegic Association of Nova Scotia or a charity of one's choice.
