He is survived by: his wife June (Banks); his children, Bobby Cruickshank (Brenda), Kim Moore (Peter), Jeff Cruickshank and Donnie Cruickshank (Melissa); his grandchildren, William, Clinton Cruickshank, Matthew Moore, Savannah, Daykota Cruickshank, Tracy and Justin Cruickshank; his siblings, Sandy, Neil, Kenny, Allan Cruickshank, Ethel MacIntosh, Connie Smart and Norma Jones; his friend Pete Ryan; and his nephew Colin Murdock of Scotland. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
