He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Hashem and Frances; and his son Gary Hashem (Vera). He is survived by: his former wife Vera; his children, Dale (Solais), Peter, Brian, Darlene (David), Denise and Kevin Hashem; and his siblings, Fred Hashem and Carolyn Hancock. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
