He was predeceased by: his parents, William Taylor and Merle Taylor (Hopkins); his siblings, Leon, Lewis Taylor, Jo Munroe, Kaye Taylor and Madelon Rafuse (Herb); his nephew Shane Taylor; and his niece Sheila Taylor.

He is survived by: his close friend Shirley; his nephew Bill Munroe; his nieces, Shelley Swinamer (Andy), Janice Rippey (Danni), Beth Munroe, Shauna Taylor and Shari Taylor; and his siblings-in-law, John Munroe and Arlie Taylor.
