He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Barss and Mary Barss (Miller); and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Barss (Zwicker) of Garlands Crossing, NS; his daughters, Janet Cooper (Donald) of Wolfville, NS and Heather MacLeod (Ken); his grandsons, Jeremy Cooper (Kelly) of Kentville, NS, Timothy (Nexus) and Mark Cooper; and his great grandchild Gideon Cooper.
