She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Blanchard and Mabel Dorothy Bonn (Cox); her husband Danny; her brother Leonard Bonn; and her son-in-law Micheal Montgomery.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Montgomery and Sheri Mercieca (George); her grandsons, Joshua, Kyle Mercieca and Matthew Montgomery; and her siblings, Kevin (Margaret), Jimmy (Isabel), Gary (Heather) and Linda Patterson (Doug). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in law.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mona may be made to the Lung Association of Nova Scotia, 6331 Lady Hammond Rd, Halifax, NS B3K 2S2.
