It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Irene Dykstra of Windsor, Nova Scotia, born in New Victoria, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 25, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McVarish and Esther McVarish (Cameron); and her brother Gregory. She is survived by: her daughter Charlene; her grandchildren, Laura (Chris) and Cameron; her son Darrell; her grandchildren, Nakayla, Liam and Braden; her brothers, Kevin (Cathy), Stephen (Clara) and Eddie (Terry); and her sister-in-law Winnie. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
