He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Hughes (Trerice) and George Hughes; his siblings, Colleen White and Jim; and his brothers-in-law, Stewart White, Eric Andersen and Larry Banman.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Wilcox); his daughters, Laura (Dylan Kozlick) and Rachael Hughes; his grandchildren, Eva, Judah, Isla and Oliver; his siblings, George (Linda), Edna and Margie; and his sister-in-law Linda Hughes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
