She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira B. Lohnes and Bessie Lohnes; her husband James Reginald Horncastle; and her siblings, Emma, Marjorie and Floyd.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Wardale (Glen) and Glen; and her sister Carol.
