He was predeceased by: his parent Simon Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Adriaantje Holleman (Kleybergen); his wife Alice Holleman (Schoon); his children, Amy Kirubakaran (Matt) of Ottawa, Vicki of Windsor, Mark (Cassandra) of Windsor, Halifax of Windsor and Lucas of Windsor; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Roselyn, Sophia and Joseph; and his siblings, Lena Miedema of Berwick, JoAnn Noordermeer of Berwick, Pauline Dexter (Paul) of Liverpool, Adrianna McNeil of Middleton, Wilma Bosma (Vaughn), Ary (Val), Dartmouth, John (Janet), Cambridge, Simon (Marion), Grafton, Tony (Sheana) and Falmouth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
