She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Morton and Walter Taylor; her husband Donald Frederic Stuart (Deric); and her sisters, Carol Grover and Thelma Taylor Smylie.

She is survived by: her brother Scott Morton; her children, Donald Frederick (Rick), Cameron Lawrence, Jeffrey Taylor, Roger Eaton and Alison Elizabeth; her grandchildren, Alysha, Emily, Jane, Jordan, Madison, Alexandre and Céleste; her children, Stephanie, Sean, Marie, Deric, Hantsport and Kentville; and also, Betsy, Leslie, Mary, John, Eric and Grand Pre.

The family would ask that any donations be made to a charity she regularly supported for over 15 years called PA-MOJA.
