He was predeceased by: his parents, Hamilton "Ike" and Verna Cunningham (Benedict); his wife Ethel (Burgess); and his son Alden. He is survived by: his daughter Aletha "Sis" Gordon (Richard); his daughter-in-law Donna; and his siblings, Cecil of Windsor, Stanley of Sainte-Anne, Iris Faulkner (Jim) of Hantsport, Bernice Blanchard (Mike) of Kentville and Valarie Cunningham of Port Williams. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
