We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2021, at the age of 84, Keith Edgar Lowthers (Windsor, Nova Scotia), born in Truro, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Ettinger and Lowthers; his stepfather Russell Ettinger; and his sisters, Sylvia Kehoe (Wayne) and Thelma Gallettley.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Pemberton; his children, Deanna (Eugene Kynock), Larry (Linda) and Stephen; his grandchildren, Holly, Joey, Josh, Amanda, Kristin and Karin; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Peyton, Emma, Allie, Karissa and Deshawn; his sisters, Barb Etter (Lorne), Donna Barkhouse (Ron), Wanda Barr (Wayne) and Rowena Mosher (Moe); and his brother-in-law Brian Gallettley.
